It’s that time of year again when you should be polishing the chrome on your bike, waxing the moustache and pulling on your riding breeches. We are of course referring to the annual event known as the “Distinguished Gentlemans Ride” which takes place all over the world, but for us in Thailand it’s run is in Chang Mai, Bangkok, Hat Yai, Lopburi, Phitsanulok, Phuket, Trang and Ubonratchathani on the 23rd of September.
The ride is a Charity event and raises awareness about prostate cancer and male suicide prevention and is open to all genders. It is a themed ride and bikes such as cafe racers, bobbers, classics, modern classics, flat trackers, scramblers, old school choppers, brat styled, classic scooters, and classic sidecars are encouraged to join the ride.
The ride is sponsored by Triumph Motorcycles and Zenith Watches .
We believe there is no fee to enter but you are encouraged to get sponsors on behalf of the charity partner The Movember Foundation.
